1. Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any system, or use the site to transmit harmful content.
2. Products
All products are powder coating materials intended for professional or experienced hobbyist use. Color representations on screen are approximate — monitor calibration and photography mean digital swatches cannot accurately represent cured powder color. We recommend requesting a physical color card before placing a large order.
Product descriptions, specifications, and cure profiles are provided in good faith and reflect manufacturer data. Results depend on substrate preparation, oven calibration, application technique, and coating weight — factors outside our control.
3. Pricing and Orders
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Minimum order quantity is 5 lb per product. Pricing is tiered by weight — see each product page for the applicable price schedule.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Risk passes to you upon dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
6. Returns and Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Opened or used products are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective products: If a product is demonstrably defective (manufacturing fault, incorrect product supplied), contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, product photography, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to OpenThrottle Powder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenThrottle Powder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this site. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenThrottle Powder operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
